Please note that this processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping services within the United States and selected international locations. The availability of international shipping depends on the destination country. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and any additional import fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in the shipping costs at checkout. Please ensure you are aware of these charges before completing your purchase.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a range of shipping methods to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. The available options are:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free for all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $100 will incur a $7.99 flat-rate shipping fee.

  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for an additional $15.99. Ideal for customers who need their orders delivered quickly.

  • Priority Shipping (1-2 business days): Available for an additional $25.99. This option is recommended for urgent deliveries.

Note: Delivery times are approximate, and factors such as weather conditions, delivery carrier delays, and incorrect addresses may cause delays. All estimated delivery times are counted from the day the order is shipped, not the day of purchase.

4. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment. You can check the status of your delivery via the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
