1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Conahvacnie. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and free from any signs of damage.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging, including the watch box, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and any accompanying accessories.
- The item must not be customized, resized, or altered in any way. Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Proof of purchase is required. Please retain your order confirmation email, receipt, or other documentation that can verify the purchase.
If the returned item does not meet the above criteria, Conahvacnie reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the return package. Conahvacnie is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items.

Important: Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the item. Items returned after 30 days may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.

If you would like to exchange your watch for a different model, color, or size, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and then placing a new order for the desired product. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

- Once the return is processed and the refund has been issued, place a new order for the watch you wish to exchange for.
- If the new item qualifies for a promotion or discount, you may be able to apply it to your new purchase, subject to terms and conditions.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
At Conahvacnie, we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. To qualify for a refund or exchange in this case, you must:

The restocking fee is typically 10-15% of the original purchase price of the item, and will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking fees will not apply to defective items, items that were incorrectly shipped, or if the return is due to an error on our part.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Personalized items: Watches that have been engraved, customized, or altered in any way.
- Sale or clearance items: Products that were purchased at a discount during a sale or clearance event may not be eligible for return or refund, unless the product is defective or damaged.
- Gift cards: Conahvacnie gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
8. International Returns
For international customers, the return process is similar to domestic returns, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any import taxes. Please note that we cannot reimburse customs duties or taxes paid on international returns, and those will not be refunded.
