1. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All prices listed on our website are in USD ($) and are subject to change based on market conditions.
  • Payments can be made via major credit/debit cards, wire transfers, and secure online payment gateways.
  • Full payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped.
  • Sales tax and international customs duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once the order is dispatched.
  • In case of any discrepancies, delays, or verification requirements, our customer service team will contact the buyer.

3. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotions and discounts offered by ConahVachNie are limited-time offers and cannot be combined with other deals unless stated otherwise.
  • Discounted or promotional items are final sale and may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
  • All promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Limited-Edition & Pre-Order Sales

  • Limited-edition watches are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee availability beyond the specified promotional period.
  • Pre-orders require a non-refundable deposit to secure the watch. The remaining balance must be paid before shipping.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without penalties.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee of 5% for administrative and handling costs.
  • Pre-orders and custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded after the deposit is paid.
